Head of Creative, Social & Studio Operations<p><strong>Location:</strong> Remote, with regular travel to the Netherlands</p><p><strong>Employment:</strong> Full-time</p>Lead the internal creative agency behind the entire YOUNG ecosystemâoverseeing branding, social media, content production, creative execution, budgets, workflows and operational excellence.<p>YOUNG Studio is the creative engine behind every company, brand, campaign and venture within the YOUNG ecosystem.</p><p>We do not operate like a traditional agency.</p><p>We build, support and accelerate our own companies.</p><p>Every website, social campaign, video, event, brand identity, presentation, product launch and creative concept is developed with support from YOUNG Studio.</p><p>We are looking for someone to lead that engine.</p><p>Someone who thinks like an entrepreneur.</p><p>Someone who takes ownership.</p><p>Someone who gets shit done.</p>Your mission<p>Build and lead a high-performing internal creative agency that supports the entire YOUNG ecosystem.</p><p>You will be responsible for everything that leaves the studioâfrom strategy to execution, planning to delivery and creative quality to operational efficiency.</p><p>You will ensure that every YOUNG brand looks exceptional, communicates clearly and moves quickly.</p><p>At the same time, you will build a cost-efficient operation with strong processes, smart resource allocation, clear priorities and scalable workflows.</p><p>This role combines creative leadership, social media expertise, production management, commercial awareness and operational excellence.</p>What you will do<ul><li>Lead YOUNG Studio as the internal agency for all YOUNG companies and brands.</li><li>Own the studioâs creative output, planning, priorities and delivery.</li><li>Oversee branding, design, social media, content, video, photography and creative production.</li><li>Develop and manage social media strategies, content calendars and campaigns.</li><li>Translate ideas and business objectives into strong creative execution.</li><li>Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and at a consistently high standard.</li><li>Build efficient workflows and scalable production systems.</li><li>Improve speed, quality and cost efficiency across the studio.</li><li>Manage internal talent, freelancers, agencies, suppliers and production partners.</li><li>Negotiate rates and control external production costs.</li><li>Allocate resources based on impact, urgency and business value.</li><li>Introduce AI tools, automation and modern creative workflows.</li><li>Safeguard brand consistency across every company, campaign and touchpoint.</li><li>Create clear briefs, timelines, budgets and responsibilities.</li><li>Identify bottlenecks and solve them before they become problems.</li><li>Turn ideas into execution.</li></ul>Who you are<p>You are equally comfortable reviewing a brand identity, improving a social campaign, managing a production budget an
