<h3>About the Role</h3><p style="min-height:1.5em">We're a fast-growing, Y Combinator-backed startup building an <strong>agentic operating system for enterprises</strong> — enabling large organizations to orchestrate AI agents that automate complex, mission-critical workflows. We're hiring a <strong>Forward Deployed Engineer</strong> based in Munich to embed directly with our largest DACH customers and help them become genuinely AI-native.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You'll work alongside our Enterprise AI Transformation Lead, acting as the on-the-ground technical expert: scoping, building, and shipping production-grade agents and integrations that deliver measurable value — and feeding those learnings back into the core product. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role at the intersection of elite engineering and customer partnership.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Significant travel across the DACH region is expected. You must be based in Munich or ready to relocate.</p><h3>What You'll Do</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Embed on-site with major DACH enterprise accounts, running workshops, hackathons, and implementation sprints.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Partner with customer CTOs and platform teams as a technical peer and strategic sparring partner.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Scope, build, integrate, debug, and teach teams to adopt production AI agents and multi-step workflows.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ship end-to-end, high-leverage use cases: complex agents, custom integrations, MCP servers, and orchestrated workflows.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Leave behind systems customers can own and operate independently — no hand-holding required.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">When platform limits appear, work directly with our engineering team and write fixes yourself.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Identify product blockers and implement customer-driven improvements that push the platform forward.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Automate your own work by building agents that eliminate manual, repetitive tasks.</p></li></ul><h3>What We're Looking For</h3><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Must-haves:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">3+ years of enterprise software engineering experience, with a track record of delivering production-grade AI agentic workflows for enterprise customers.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Hands-on experience shipping agentic AI systems, tool-use loops, and LLM-powered features that operate reliably under load.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong full-stack engineering skills — capable of scoping and implementing end-to-end solutions, including integrations with external systems and multi-step workflows.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience running on-site engagements with large enterprise customers (DACH preferred): workshops, hackathon
