<h3>Description</h3><p>Our client, a law firm, is hiring a Financial Analyst to support the firm's CFO or Finance Manager. This is a finance-focused role, not a generalist Executive Assistant position. The ideal candidate brings approximately three years of finance experience and enough business context to work independently, rather than requiring close oversight. While some administrative tasks, such as calendar management, may fall within scope, they are not the priority of this role.</p><h3>What you'll do</h3><ul> <li>Provide direct financial support to the CFO or Finance Manager, working independently on recurring finance tasks.</li> <li>Manage and monitor bank account activity in coordination with finance leadership, maintaining accuracy and compliance.</li> <li>Support recurring financial reporting, reconciliations, and analysis as directed.</li> <li>Identify and implement opportunities to automate finance processes using AI tools, such as invoicing, reconciliations, expense tracking, and recurring financial reporting.</li> </ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul> <li>Approximately 3 years of finance experience, ideally gained supporting a CFO or finance manager directly.</li> <li>Not an entry-level or recent graduate profile; must have sufficient business context to operate independently.</li> <li>Demonstrated finance-specific skill set; this is a Financial Analyst function, not a generalist administrative role.</li> <li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
