We are looking for someone hungry, ambitious and sales driven, who enjoys new products, navigating uncertainty, and pushing a market forward.</p><p>The Expansion Manager will be responsible for launching and scaling our presence in the Czech Republic, shaping the local product, building the team, and driving student acquisition.</p><p>You will work closely with the Core leadership team and responsible for building the Czech market and turning it into a profitable operation.</p><p>This role sits at the intersection of Sales, market building and leadership.</p><h3>We are looking for someone who:</h3><ul><li><h3>thrives in fast-moving environments</h3></li><li><h3>is comfortable with ambiguity</h3></li><li><p>pushes things forward instead of waiting for instructions</p></li><li><p>understands how to sell, build teams and grow a business</p></li></ul><h3>Main Responsibilities</h3><ul><li><p>Lead and build the Czech market, acting as the local owner of the business.</p></li><li><p>Foster and model a culture of collaboration and accountability to ensure alignment with the strategic plan and related KPIs and milestones at all levels of the organisation.</p></li><li><p>Define and execute the go-to-market strategy in collaboration with Core leadership.</p></li><li><p>Recruit and lead the local team across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Community and Mentors.</p></li><li><p>Drive student acquisition and revenue growth through strong Sales execution and localized Marketing initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Shape and refine the local product offering based on market feedback and commercial traction.</p></li><li><p>Manage budgets, forecasts and overall financial performance for the Czech market.</p></li><li><p>Own the country P&amp;L and report
