<h3>About the Role</h3><p style="min-height:1.5em">A fast-growing, Y Combinator–backed enterprise AI automation startup is looking for an <strong>Enterprise AI Transformation Lead</strong> to own and scale AI-driven change across the DACH region from Munich. This is a senior, high-ownership role working directly with the founding team to help multibillion-euro enterprises become AI-native operators.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You will serve as a trusted strategic partner to C-suite leaders, personally build and deploy high-impact AI agent solutions, and play a central role in growing the regional team as the company expands across Europe.
