If shortlisted, we will then invite you to take a skills test (~10-30mins) and if required will also conduct an interview. </p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">We are looking to match you based on your skillset, expertise, grade and speciality to make sure it's the right fit for the project! </p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">If successful, you will be onboarded onto the platform and can start getting involved in a diverse range of tasks that vary from labelling clinical notes, summarising medical records, annotating images to reviewing and evaluating the performance of AI Models/LLMs. </p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">The rapid rise of AI in healthcare means there are so many new and exciting ways to train, review and improve the deployment of AI in healthcare, which you will directly have an impact upon.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Data labeling and curation: Review clinical notes, audio, videos and other modalities, identifying relations and reasoning steps per guidelines.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">LLM and model evaluations: Run structured evals (human-in-the-loop) to assess accuracy, safety, clinical relevance and clinical reasoning of models.</p></li><li><p style="
