As a Claims Specialist, you will play a critical role in handling PL &amp; GL claims while helping us build a best-in-class claims operation. You'll be at the forefront of creating a trusted, transparent, and efficient claims process for our customers. We're a growing start-up reshaping the E&amp;S space, and we're looking for someone who can combine operational rigor with empathy and adaptability. You’ll play a critical role in both delivering exceptional customer experience and supporting scalable processes as we grow.</p><h3>What you’ll do</h3><h3>Incoming Claims Processing:</h3><ul><li>Manage and process incoming claims efficiently, ensuring accuracy, fairness, and timely resolution</li><li>Communicate directly with customers, providers, and partners to gather necessary documentation and clarify case details.</li><li>Communicate directly with insureds, brokers, and partners, maintaining clarity, professionalism, and empathy</li></ul><h3>Assistance in claims review:</h3><ul><li>Working along with our Claims Manager to investigate claims by reviewing documentation, identifying any discrepancies or inconsistencies, and escalating when appropriate. </li></ul><h3>Regulatory and Compliance:</h3><ul><li>Maintain detailed and compliant records for audit and regulatory purposes</li></ul><h3
