This leader will bring <strong>deep technical expertise</strong>, strong <strong>delivery discipline</strong>, and <strong>drive AI-adoption</strong> while ensuring high-quality execution across all client engagements.<br>The ideal candidate is a <strong>technical authority with excellent client-facing communication skills</strong>—someone who brings <strong>credibility in technical discussions</strong>, can translate complex solutions clearly, and supports our sales and account teams on calls <strong>without actively engaging in cold selling</strong>. Delivery Governance &amp; Process Excellence</strong></h4><ul><li>Establish and optimize delivery processes, SDLC workflows, QA frameworks, and engineering standards.</li><li>Introduce consistent methodologies across teams (Agile/Scrum/Kanban, DevOps practices, release management).</li><li>Ensure predictable, high-quality project delivery with strong KPIs and performance metrics.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and scalability.</li></ul><h4><strong>3.
