This role owns partner engagement, activation, and productivity by enabling co-selling motions, supporting pipeline generation, and ensuring alignment with <a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/netwrix">Netwrix</a> go-to-market strategy.</p><p style="font-family:">The role serves as the primary point of contact for assigned partners and collaborates closely with Sales, Marketing, and Enablement teams to scale partner contribution and market coverage.</p><p style="font-family:"><b><strong style="white-space:pre-wrap;">Key Responsibilities</strong></b></p><ul data-pattern="discCircleSquare" data-depth="1" style="font-family:"><li style="margin:3px 0px;font-size:11pt;line-height:1.6;letter-spacing:0.25px;">Manage and grow relationships with resellers, VARs, MSPs, and distributors</li><li style="margin:3px 0px;font-size:11pt;line-height:1.6;letter-spacing:0.25px;">Drive partner-sourced pipeline and support co-selling with Account Executives</li><li style="margin:3px 0px;font-size:11pt;line-height:1.6;letter-spacing:0.25px;">Recruit, onboard, and activate new partners</li><li style="margin:3px 0px;font-size:11pt;line-height:1.6;letter-spacing:0.25px;">Ensure partner enablement and participation in GTM programs</li><li style="margin:3px 0px;font-size:11pt;line-height:1.6;letter-spacing:0.25px;">Support deal registration, MDF campaigns, and program compliance</li><li style="margin:3px 0px;font-size:11pt;line-height:1.6;letter-spacing:0.25px;">Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and f
