Enterprise Program Ownership</h3><ul><li>Own program delivery. Single point of accountability for system implementation outcomes across Operations, IT, Finance, and Market Units</li><li>Ensure delivery of productivity, service quality, financial controls, benefits realization/ budgets/ resourcing, and customer experience improvements</li></ul><h3>2.
