We are building a high-performing remote team to support estimating, design, and project delivery.</p><h3>Role</h3><p>We are looking for a Structural Engineer with real experience in roads and bridges design.</p><p>This is not an entry-level or support role. You will be responsible for producing actual engineering work, including calculations and design.</p><p>This role is execution-focused. You are expected to work independently, solve problems, and deliver results.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Perform structural design and analysis for roads, bridges, and civil infrastructure</li><li>Prepare and review engineering calculations and design outputs</li><li>Interpret drawings, specifications, and technical requirements</li><li>Support projects from design through execution</li><li>Coordinate with estimating, project management, and field teams</li><li>Identify and solve engineering problems independently</li><li>Ensure accuracy and quality of all engineering deliverables</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering</li><li>Minimum 5 years experience (10+ preferred) in structural design</li><li>Experience in road and bridge design</li><li>Strong understanding of structural engineering principles</li><li>Ability to perform calculations and technical analysis</li><li>Experience in construction or design environments</li><li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision</li><li>Must be able to work in U.S. EST business hours</li><li>Reliable internet connection</li></ul><h3>Compensation & Benefits</h3><ul><li>Competitive monthly pay (based on experience)</li><li>Long-term opportunity with growth</li></ul><p>Originally posted on <a href="https://himalayas.app">Himalayas</a></p>
