You'll spend your days finding people others miss and convincing them that this is the company worth joining. But you won't just fill roles. You'll sit with our investment team and portfolio CEOs to work out what team a company actually needs, what to pay, and how to structure it, then go and build it. You own your projects and make your own calls.
