We are currently looking for a motivated Business Development Manager for European markets to support us with our M&amp;A efforts. Be able to convert leads into Group members</li><li>Leverage your existing network of contacts to create growth opportunities</li><li>Be structured and manage deal-flow in CRM </li><li>Advocate for The Collective Ace’s vision and feel comfortable/ at ease conveying it to C-level individuals and Founders in the gaming industry. Be their trusted conversation partner, able to understand their business needs</li><li>Always be aware of industry trends, market developments and changes in your network</li></ul><h3>Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>At least 3+ years of experience in the video gaming or tech industry in the area of Business Development or Sales</li><li>Excellent communication skills (written/verbal/presentation) in English, second language is a plus </li><li>Proven track record of building relationships and successfully closing business deals</li><li>Ability to integrate rapidly and to work effectively in a global team of professionals</li><li>Ability to act fast, be structured, self-motivated and stay focused on delivering goals </li><li>Ability to work well independently and with a group</li><li>Experience presenting to an executive-level audience is a plus</li></ul><p>Originally posted on <a href="https://himalayas.app">Himalayas</a></p>
